The Missionary Society of St. Paul began in Nigeria, Africa, in 1977 and quickly spread to many African countries as "Ambassadors of Christ" - caring for the material and spiritual needs of the poor.

Today, MSP missionaries serve many African countries including, Botswana, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Gambia, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.
